Enclosed are some images of a Spanish Miquelet shotgun that I have just restored ,The barells are damascus 30 inches long and is a 14 bore.
This gun was in a very poor condition the locks had to be rebuilt with new springs and some internal parts for which I tried to use most of original parts .The stock had a coat of black paint which I removed and finished with a oil finish.The finished job is a example of a Miquelet gun ,something not often seen in the British shooting field.
