As some of our members will be affected and may or may not be aware, there has been a change in legislation regarding deactivated firearms. Please see the below link to a UK Government circular on deactivated firearms, particulars to be entered into dealers’ registers and security of firearms possessed by those under 18.
Members who are shooting over Christmas and into the New Year may require evidence of insurance. As such please note that the 2020 documents from our insurers are on the Downloads Page (here). Any questions on insurance should be directed to Allan Whiffin (General Secretary) at email@example.com please. Please also note that the Membership Office cannot answer any insurance questions.
The Membership office will be closed from lunch on the 24th December to 2nd January 2020. There is an answering service for messages but please note that this will not be monitored over the festive season.
